Guidelines for submitting files
We operate on both the Mac and Windows platform and can work with all current software used to create print files.
Saving your files in "PDF" format is the most bulletproof way to transfer files as it gathers and includes all the ingredients used for your project into one file, leaving virtually no room for error.
Some things to consider when saving a file to PDF format
Choose the"Press Quality" option for optimum results.
Use CMYK for your images and photos - not RGB.
Images and photos should be 300 DPI for optimum results.
Images captured from the web are too low in resolution to print well.
If saving a file in any format other than PDF, all fonts and images used in the project must be included with file submission.
DO NOT send us your only copy - keep a backup on file.
